Truly enjoyed the location, it was marvellous and convenient not far from the night bazaar and old town, Doi Suthep, and King's Palace, and the proper zz house.

Location: the hotel was not far from easy to get to the attracted places, pubs with the best craic, and night bazaar And other bars/restaurants. The breakfast had a wide range of selection, the food was great!

Peaceful location and overall the staff was responsible and welcoming. My family king room with fridge, good beds, as for instance was new-fashioned. The atmosphere created was family.

Sadly, but there was dust in some areas.

The location is very convenient, with a big supermarket, the Krathong festival, and a market nearby. There are plenty of food options within walking distance. - the building and rooms are comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities.

The rooms were great-sized with fridge, loved it. The hotel had a favourable location near Wat Tha sa Toi. There were a covered market and a market around the property.

Zzhouse in Chiang Mai exceeded our expectations in every way. Boyd, the owner, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with planning our trip. The guesthouse itself was clean and comfortable, with hot showers and ample coffee/tea. Boyd also helped us arrange trips and even called taxis for us. The nearby restaurant he recommended was excellent. Additionally, the price was very affordable, making it great value for money.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming, the location is great with free parking, and the Wat Ket district is a must-visit.

The room I stayed in was clean and well-maintained. the air conditioning worked perfectly and the water pressure in the shower was great. the location of the hotel was convenient, being within walking distance to a supermarket and some nice cafes. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful host, who gave great recommendations for food and activities.

The noise from the nearby school, especially in the mornings. It can be quite loud and disruptive, making it difficult to sleep in.
